1) You fill out the form below. Every month our team will read through all the entries and we will pick entries to give a free website build to. Please know that not every business will get picked. This is an investment on our part and we want to be careful to direct resources to companies that we know have the potential to be successful and win!
2)You will still be responsible for the $75.00 a month hosting and maintenance fee, as well as an SSL certificate for your website (this helps keep your website secure), but you will not be charged any fees for the actual build of your website (a $3,500 Value). By the way, that small monthly fee includes website changes – so, when you want to make most changes or edits to your website, you won’t get hit with additional extra bills! When you sign the agreement, you’re agreeing to 2 years. After that term, you’ll be on a simple month to month plan. At any point should you wih to buy out the website, the cost is $3,500.
3)You will be responsible for providing us with the content (wording), images, and logos you want on your website. Don’t worry, if you need help with this, we’ll guide you through it, but this is where building a website will require effort from you.
4)If you are picked to be part of this program, you are granting permission to let Valor Marketing LLC highlight your company and your new website on social media. Please note, we are going to make our best effort to help all the businesses that come to us, but resources and staff are limited so you may have to wait a little bit as far as a delivery time frame for your website, but we will communicate with you and give you a rough delivery time frame.
5)Your new website will be built on the WordPress platform (it’s a real website – not one of those do it yourself type systems that sometimes don’t look so great) with around 100 configured layouts for you to choose from.
Don’t you hate it when you see something that sounds too good to be true and you feel like you have to dig around to figure out the catch? We are committed to being straight up and transparent with you. If you want to know what our agenda is and what our motivations are – just ask! The thing about business is we believe it should be about creating mutually beneficial relationships, and if you feel like you have to hide your motivations, then it probably is not going to be a long term relationship. So, here goes:
1)We really do want to help! Since the pandemic started, we’ve seen everyone get their helping hand (some people and businesses who didn’t even really need it). We watched the huge companies get their government bailouts (again) and we watched small businesses get in line for the PPP program, only to see the money run out for them by the time their turn came around. And for the businesses that did get the PPP money, how long and how far did that money really go? We have the resources and the people – we WANT to help.
2)It’s GREAT marketing for us. When we do this, we utilize social media to highlight the website we built for your business. That gets us great attention and brings a ton of business to us in different ways.
3)It helps us build trust which helps us open other doors down the road. So, let’s pretend that you bite, and you ask us to help you get a new website going for your business. After you have a new website, you may look on the first page of Google or another search engine and see a competitor who’s doing a lot better online than you are. We can help with that. But, if you don’t need that kind of help – don’t worry – we’re not going to try to high pressure sell you stuff unless you need it and want it. We’ll support you even if all you need is a website!
4)We’re new to Rhode Island. We are originally based on the West Coast and recently had the opportunity to put a rep in the market directly in Newport. This is a cool way for us to make a difference locally and at the same time build a solid reputation.

We are paying real people here in the US (we are not paying someone in a foreign country pennies for this)to build you a top notch website that will knock your socks off. If you decide that you would like to have us help you with your website, we need you to be motivated! We need your logos, and images and help with the content for your site. You will still need to put in effort to create the best quality website that really represents your business. Please remember that while there may not be a cost to you for the website – there is still a real and big investment on our end.
