Website Content Approval Form

In your website agreement, there was a section of your contract titled, “Content Approval – Please Read”. The text of that section states:

“In some circumstances, we have built a website with content that our client has approved, only to find at the end of the project that the client is no longer happy with the content, or would like to make many changes to the content that they previously approved (minor punctuation or grammatical errors are excluded). As you can imagine, this can be frustrating and costly for our team internally and frustrating for our clients because it extends out the length of time they are waiting to get their website project live. That being said, you will be asked to approve of all of the content before it is loaded into your project file. Changes to your content after you have approved your content will constitute a change order and will be subject to additional fees.”

The purpose of this website content approval form is to clarify our website building process as it relates to website content. It is the sole responsibility of the client to approve the given website content (provided by the hired Valor Marketing copywriter or provided by the client). To prevent changes to the content that would result in additional charges to you, and to make sure that you have fully read and approved your content, we have this document to avoid future misunderstandings. We need to be completely clear that you have fully read and approved the content for your website. This approval is done BEFORE your website build can continue.Your project cannot continue forward until you have completed this form.

When the website is officially launched after all edits on the final punch-list are completed, the website project is final and complete. Any changes after this point will either count towards the allowed monthly change or will be billed accordingly in addition to the total website cost at a cost of 75.00 -150.00 per hour. This includes editing website content post-launch. (Spelling or syntax errors will be fixed as they are found and do not incur additional costs to our clients.)
