In the process of building out your SEO campaign, one of the most basic, but most important, foundations of implementing your campaign is claiming your online business listings. There are an almost endless amount of listings that can be claimed and one of the most important things about claiming listings is that they all be claimed in EXACTLY the same manner.

Please fill in this questionnaire completely and accurately. We will use this EXACT information when claiming listings on your behalf as part of your SEO campaign.

What is the exact way you would like your company name listed online? Please be exact with capitalization as well. (Do you want things like "LLC", "At Law", .... included)*
What name would you like listed when claiming your business listing? Please list a FIRST & LAST name. (This is typically the business owner's name, but may be the CEO, president, marketing officer, or public facing person's name. Not all listings require this information).*

Please list the full (include city, state and zip code) business address. This may NOT be a P.O. Box. Often, when confirming a business listing, organizations like Google will send a postcard with a PIN number on that postcard to confirm that this is a real business and not a scam. They will not send a PIN number to a PO Box. Please see the next question if you do not want this address published.*

Some businesses do NOT want their physical address published. An example of this would be a plumber or HVAC business. These types of businesses will go to the consumer or provide service at the customer's location. - No, please do NOT display my business address online. Please claim my listings and whenever possible, do not list the address. My business typically delivers products or services directly to our customers.
Please list the complete phone number you would like listed online. Please note, that this should be your MAIN business phone number and should typically and most of the time match the main business number that is listed on your website.*
Please list the email address that you would like published in your online business listings. Often, business owners will opt to use a general email address like "[email protected]" but you may use any business address that you would like. However, it is important that if you use a general email or personal email address, that you check it regularly and keep that email address so that customers can interact with your business via that claimed email address.*
