It is very important that we have ONE person in charge of a website project. Different people will have different goals and objectives and so it is very important that we identify who the decision maker will be on this project. Hidden pages give the client the ability to "hide" a page from the general public's view. A business may post information here for sales teams or information that you can only get to with a specific link. Please bear in mind - a determined person with bad intent may still be able to get to this page - DO NOT put information here that you deem important trade secrets or private information! In the site map, please indicate a hidden page by writing (HIDDEN) beside the page.

Please keep in mind this access is only for editing the CONTENT of the site - the client will not be able to add pages or change the website structure.

Please bear in mind, if the client does not think they will be responsive in a TIMELY and QUICK manner DO NOT do this!

Please note, if the client does not have the business model where customers typically come to their business location, DO NOT enable this function. If enabled, this function will use the business address entered previously in this form.

This is a smaller form on every page of the website (except the "Contact Us" page. This form will usually pop out from the right or will normally require a website visitor to click a button to see the smaller contact form.

For coupons, we will use this software (plug in): https://wordpress.org/plugins/affiliate-coupons/#description. Depending on what the client wants for capability, there may be an additional (small) software licensing fee. ALSO, PLEASE NOTE, ENABLING THIS FUNCTION WILL NEED TO BE ADDED AS ONE OF THE 15 PAGES ON THEIR WEBSITE SITE MAP.

Please note, the client needs to have that code now. If the client does not currently have a GA code, but plans on doing marketing with us, we will enable that code with the marketing team later.

We will make the best attempt to add client supplied third party HTML / CSS / JavaScript code such as chat code / pixel tracking code / DPNI code. This is a best attempt, it is not guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE, IF THE CLIENT IS NOT ACTIVE ON FACEBOOK, DO NOT ENABLE THIS FUNCTION. PEOPLE COULD HAVE AN EASY AVENUE TO MAKE PUBLIC COMPLAINTS THAT MIGHT NOT BE TRUE AND YOU COULD POSSIBLY MISS THAT. PLEASE ONLY ENABLE THIS FUNCTIONALITY IF THE CLIENT IS ACTIVE ON SOCIAL MEDIA!

The website will be able to embed a real-time feed of the clients Facebook Page activity - by default, the feed would be added to their “About Us” page. (Twitter or Facebook - not both)
